They took over and repaired our existing system making it more stable by rebuilding it from scratch. We have experienced no down time on our current system since we hired Avion over a year ago. The next project and the main reason we changed programmers was the project to build a next generation operating system that was substantially more complex. That project is within weeks of going live. Avion is well organized, professional, responsive, and they do quality work. We are glad to be working with them.

Specifically, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Chet, Sid, Arjun, Karan, Kalpak, and Pranay. Where “others” had let me down in the past, Avion Technology came through with flying colors! Their pricing is affordable and advice helpful! From the beginning, Chet, took time to explain the whole website development process and understand my needs and beyond. Additionally, Chet reached out to me throughout the development process to learn of any concerns, questions, or feedback I may have. This, unfortunately, is rare today! I honestly cannot say enough about my Project Manager, Arjun , and the TEAM as a whole! Arjun, has regularly offered keen insight and valuable observations throughout my site development, which has only led to an improved website! Arjun is very client focused and does his upmost to meet his clients’ needs and schedule. I would like to point out that simply because one is paying for website development and a Scope of Work document has been submitted, etc.., one should not make the mistake they are no longer needed! Please know, you should make yourself available throughout the whole website development process at least once a week. As the site develops, you may need to allow more time throughout the week to evaluate and discuss the site, needed changes, and overall feedback for the team. To simply pay money and not make the time each week to check in with your team is most likely not going to meet your goals 100%.
