\n Schaumburg Regional Airport Named 2018 Airport of the Year<\/a>\n <\/div>\n

Schaumburg Regional Airport has received the 2018 Airport of the Year award from the Illinois Department of Transportation.<\/p>\n

The airport was selected because of its accomplishments throughout the year, including an outstanding partnership with IDOT and a strong commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. Among the award considerations are cooperation and coordination with the state, facility safety record, promotion of seminars and aviation events, and maintenance of the facility. A total of six airports in Illinois received the honor.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
