Hangar and Tie-down Rentals<\/h2>\n

The Schaumburg Regional Airport is a great location to base your aircraft. All parking is located within a securely fenced area. Tenants can drive their cars to their aircraft through two coded gates or walk to their aircraft through pedestrian gates or the terminal building.<\/p>\n

The airport is conveniently located near the Elgin-O\u2019Hare Expressway making it easily accessible by ground. The time spent on the ground taxiing and waiting to depart is low compared to other airports in the area because the airport is an uncontrolled field with a full parallel taxiway.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tie-Downs<\/h2>\n

The Schaumburg Regional Airport has 150 tie-down locations, all on a concrete apron. The monthly rent for a tie-down is $80. Tenants are required to supply their own tie-down ropes. Tie-Down License<\/a><\/p>\n

Specials Rates<\/h2>\n

Tie-downs are currently being offered at a special discounted rate of $50 per month for the first 12 months to any new tie-down tenants of the airport. At the conclusion of the 12 month period, the tie-down rate will revert to the full amount. If an existing airport tenant refers a new tie-down tenant to the airport, they can also be eligible for the $30 discount on their hangar or tie-down rental for 12 months, up to the existing tenant\u2019s full rental rate.<\/p>\n
