The American Red Cross will be opening a new location at 622 E. Golf Rd. American Red Cross will be investing $1 million renovating the 4,475 square foot property to continue its mission of preventing and alleviating human suffering in the face of emergencies. The opening date will soon be announced.

   500 E. Commerce Drive

Darwin Realty is in the process of constructing a new 37,592 square foot industrial development at 500 E. Commerce Dr. The tenant for the building is still to be determined but is expected to be used for warehousing and distribution. The new construction is estimated at $3.2 million and expected to be completed in 2022.

   601 N. Martingale Road

Dave & Buster’s will be opening a new location in the Streets of Woodfield at 601 N. Martingale Rd. Dave & Buster’s is known for its tasty food, entertainment, and variety of games. The company is investing roughly $7 million in renovations. The anticipated opening date will soon be announced.

   1111 E. Golf Road

Joong Boo Market will be opening a new location in Schaumburg at 1111 E. Golf Rd. Joong Boo Market was founded in 1992 and offers authentic Korean and Pan-Asian fresh products including produce, grocery, meats, and seafood. The anticipated opening date of Joong Boo Market will soon be announced.

Kiddie Academy will be opening a new early learning center at 1121 E. Higgins Rd. Kiddie Academy is a franchised and nationally recognized educational childcare center with over 270 locations nationwide. Construction is anticipated to be completed in early 2022. Once completed, the new Schaumburg location will feature a ZONO sanitizing machine, a 7,000 square foot playground with turf and state-of-the-art equipment and riding track, a WatchMeGrow camera system, a full kitchen staff and more. Construction is anticipated to be completed this Spring.

   1334 N. Roselle Road

Little Caesars will be opening a new location at 1334 N. Roselle Rd. Little Caesars originated in 1959 by Mike and Marian Ilitch and has since become a global chain with many locations nationwide. The restaurant that is known for its famous pizzas will be announcing the opening date soon.

   436 E. Golf Road

McAlister’s Deli is renovating the former Fuddruckers at 436 E. Golf Road. The deli is known for its fantastic handcrafted sandwiches, sweet tea, and of course its giant Spuds. The anticipated opening date will soon be announced.

   2 Woodfield Mall

Primark will be opening a new location at 2 Woodfield Mall. The company is a European based clothing retailer with more than 400 stores in 14 different countries. Primark will be investing roughly $11 million into the interior buildout within Woodfield Mall. The new location will be coming to Woodfield Mall in 2023 and is one of the first locations in the Midwest.

   915 E. Golf Roadd

Steinhafels will be opening a new location at 915 E. Golf Rd. Steinhafels is known for its exquisite pieces of furniture that help create the home of your dreams. The new 70,000 square foot Steinhafel’s location is expected to open this year.
