Shirley was survived by her parents Donna and Levi Sowers, Her brother Mark Sowers, Her sister Vicki Ousley, Also Her daughters April Stewart and Jacenta Collins. She lived a troubled but good life. She helped others when she could and was always joking and laughing. Her family and friends loved this bright individual more than anything. May she be at peace now with god.
