Pauline and Calvin were always so welcoming. We would spill out of the car and quickly be swept up in the laughter and high spirits. Running around the yard with our cousins was something we looked forward to and, of course, the food was delicious and plentiful. Wishing the entire family comfort in the days ahead. She shared so many stories and was a repository of family history. I will, and have, missed her bright smile and big welcomes whenever I would stop by. Now, I’m sure she is reunited with family who have passed from this plane. When I close my eyes, I see her sitting with Mom, Grace and Inez all full of joy.
