Chinenye Precious Ekebere

Lovingly memorialized by Chidi Ezeafulukwe on August 22, 2016

Today, we celebrate your birthday albeit posthumously. Words cannot express the immensity of our grief at your untimely passing away. You truly were a beautiful soul. They lied when they say "time heals the wounded heart". But many days have gone by with us feeling even deeper pains. Our offended hearts still ache to forget those dark days. And all the pains you went through. We yearn to hear you sing in that very special way only you can. We also miss those infectious peals of laughter that were music to our ears and the allure of your Monalisa smile.

We have since also learned not to moan over our loss but to be eternally grateful to the Eternal One of Israel for letting you bless us with your presence however short. And of getting to know you who was a real blessing from God.

This rest, Nenye, is yours.
