Lovingly memorialized by kimberly brown on January 8, 2018
Brittany had many plans for the future. Her greatest aspiration was dedicating herself to finish school and getting her GED. She was a proud advocate for abuse, eating disorders and mental health. Brittany had such a big heart and loving soul. She dedicated her time and shoulders to anyone who needed to talk. She always said she was so friendly to everyone and that she has never met a "stranger". Brittany's favorite saying about herself was, "I shine brighter than that lighthouse by the sea. The anchor holds me down in the storms." Brittany was a fighter, a lover and a forgiver. She gave everyone second chances even if they hurt her. The best things in life come in threes. Friends, dreams, and memories and Brittany had them all. She made friends with everyone, had big dreams and she absolutely created the most amazing memories throughout her life. Life isn't forever, but love is.
Brittany is survived by her mother Connie (Jarrell) Laney , Step father Richard Laney; Maternal Grandparents Carlon And Obbie Jarrell; 4 Sisters Destiny Laney, Jennifer (Justin) Adams, Sheena (John) Hummel, And Nicole (Brian) Kirby; 2 Brothers Michael (Beth) Laney and Jeffrey Laney JR; Two special boys she called brothers Brody and Bently; a special aunt Debra(Ron) Burton; And numerous nieces and nephews.
Brittany is preceded in death by her Father, Jeffrey Laney Sr.; Paternal grandparents John and Millie Laney; And (Twins)A Niece and Nephew Alexis Paige and Ethan Wyatt Kirby.

Kinsey Grimstad
Lovingly memorialized by Alaina Teutsch on November 30, 2017
Kinsey Maebori Grimstad was born in Seattle, WA on May 29, 1987 to Gary & Marcia Grimstad - sharing the same birthday as her older sister, Alaina. Kinsey grew up on Mercer Island & was a proud graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Kinsey's passion to connect with others & adventurous spirit led her to live in San Francisco, CA, Dublin, Ireland, and New York, NY. She filled her passport pages to bursting, with stamps from Norway, Japan, Ireland, France, the UK, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand (to name a few).
Kinsey loved deeply and felt deeply, always uniquely and unapologetically herself. Kinsey found peace in yoga and meditation, practicing the connection of body and mind.
The love that Kinsey felt for her family and friends was pure and she rarely missed an opportunity to let those close to her know how much she loved them.
Kinsey was an amazing spirit and the world is a little dimmer without her light. We can find comfort in and honor her memory by embodying the love and kindness that Kinsey bestowed on all that she met.
