Mrs. Mathena Moore was born on September 25, 1952 In Gary, In to Ernestine Poole and Matthew Moore. She was a stay at home wife and mother. She attended Gary's Schools. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She was truly loved my many. She was preceded in death by her husband Beaver, parents, Ernestine and Matthew Moore, 3 sisters, Alberta Moore, Tonda Moore, and Saudia Poole and 1 brother, Allen Ellis. She leaves to cherish inher loving memory 4 children, Latersa Moore, Mia Martin, Jerry Martain and Nadia Beavers. 13 grandkids, 5 sisters, Eartha, Veronica, Sybil, India, Nakia, 3 brothers, Renaldo, John and Omar. Special cousins.. Mimi, Charles and Damon. And a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Was a student athlete! Went from Beaumont schools, to other SETX Schools , To houston Schools She will be missed!

She was a student athlete at Waco Vanguard College Prep! She was a straight A student who was athletic, stroing, brave, and kindhearted!

They were nice

John was a generous spirit who lived life to the full. He loved sailing, nature, cycling, walking, but most of all, his family. He enjoyed the simple things in life, and material things didnt matter to him, as long as he had a mug of tea and good company he was happy. His zest for life and enthusiasm matched only by his cheery positivity and sense of fun.

Heather was the light of our lives. She loved the Lord, her children whom she adored, her family and friends. Heather would step into a room and bring beauty and joy to all who met her. She was a blessing to everyone who knew her. You couldn't meet Heather and not fall in love with her. She had a joy, vibrancy and smile that was contagious and spread to all who met her.
Heather was in love with Jesus and was not afraid to spread the Good Word to those she met. Her life was an inspiration and example of her deep faith. She was taken from us much too early and our hearts are heavy and hurting. We take solace knowing she is with the Lord and singing praises to Him. She was excited and overjoyed knowing one day she would be standing face to face with Jesus. She is with Him now and is filled with more joy than we could imagine here on earth.
We, her family, are left with broken hearts and a pain that feels as if it will never go away. She would want us to remember what Jesus did for her and His saving grace, she would want all of her family and friends to find the same love and grace that she had found and lived with for the past 20 years.
