A private event with her immediate family will be held at a later date.
The Story
Lynn was synonymous with the image of pale yellow sand, turquoise waves, soft sun and a breath of fresh air mixed with laughter and singing.
She had a goofball sense of humor and was always singing or humming in a sweet clear voice. Lynn loved to travel to tropical beaches and enjoyed the people there who shared her sunny disposition. During the holidays she delighted in making and serving an abundance of great food and cheer amidst perfectly placed decorations. Lynn would spontaneously bring out her baton from high school and expertly give it a twirl or jump on a trampoline with her granddaughters . She was always ready for an adventure, always had a place for more at her table and always had her arms wide open to life.

I will always think of Lynn when I hear this song. If friends can have an "our song" this is ours. We would always sing this together- no matter the time of year, and we always mentioned it, even in our correspondence to each other over the years. I'll keep singing our song, Lynn...and know you're singing along with me, too....And probably doing your soft shoe dance to the middle of the song that always made us laugh. Love you.

Lynn was my childhood idol from 10 years to about 16. Shared so much, that it is impossible to express in words. She was a true Miss Norway! Loved her as much as a sister in those years. Will always think of you Lynn as a beauty, class act and steadfast friend!
