Service Details
With the restrictions imposed by COVID-19, we have chosen to have a private service with just immediate family members. We appreciate anyone who wishes to commemorate Kelly and comfort us during this time but we feel that it is safest to limit the number of people at the service. Please use this memorial page (or her memorialized facebook page) to share your memories of Kelly and messages of support.
We appreciate your thoughts and prayers, but we do ask for privacy to mourn at this time.
If you wish to help, please contact Kelly's son-in-law, Gregory Fahey, at gregory_fahey@yahoo.com, who will direct needed service to family members.
The Story
Kelly Ann Kemmerley passed away on May 8, due to an unexpected cardiac arrest. She was a wonderful person and a loved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her mother (Nancy), sister (Kay), three children (Aaron Ramos, Sarah Fahey, and Kyle Ramos), and two grandchildren (Alice and Timothy). They will sorely miss her and know that she cherished them most of all things in this world.
Kelly was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and shared that testimony often We know that she would share the comfort that faith brings now as she joins her loving Heavenly Father, as well as her own father (Tom Kemmerly) and watches over her family still on earth. We are confident that we will see her again someday and firmly believe that she held out "faithful to the end" and will be received by our Heavenly Father to dwell with him "in a state of never-ending happiness". We also know the love and relationships we have with her are eternal.
Kelly was a veteran of the United States Navy and was proud to have served her country in that way. She was hardworking but everyone who knew her enjoyed her optimism and upbeat spirit. Many will remember her friendly nature that was always coupled with a hug and her joyful laugh, which was heard often.
Her passing has left a hole in our lives, and we, as her family, appreciate all that you have done for her and us, both before her untimely death and now.

Sarah, I'm sorry for your loss and I send my condolences to your family. Remember the wonderful memories you all shared, and even though you will grieve, also remember to celebrate the life she lived.
