Pastor John Y. Myung, 68, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, November 23, 2015. He was born in South Korea and immigrated to the United States in 1993. He dedicated his life to ministry and church planting in the Los Angeles area. Most recently, he and his wife made their home in Brea, California.
Pastor Myung is survived by his wife, Anna, and their two sons. Pastor Stephen and Michele of Buda, Illinois, are the parents of three daughters-Sophia, Eileen, and Annabelle. Kevin and Lucy Myung, of Brea, California, are the parents of three children-Joshua, Joanna, and Eliana.
A funeral service celebrating the life of PastorJohn will be held on Saturday morning, November 28, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. at California Mortuary, 9830 Lakewood Boulevard in Downey, California.
