Service Details

A memorial service will be held at Sweetwater Church of God of Prophecy in Sweetwater, TX Saturday, June 6th at 1:00pm. Dinner and fellowship will follow at Sweetwater's Church of Christ.

The Story

Proverbs 17:22 - A merry heart doeth good

We all know and love that Jack was a man who loved to laugh and eat! He was mischievous from a tiny little boy if you could ever call him tiny. We could laugh forever and know he is still enjoying every minute of it. Jack loved to hunt and fish. He played both the guitar and mandolin and just like his parents he was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. He spent the last part of his life in Snyder, Oklahoma and previously in Arkansas, Texas and Colorado. He loved the outdoors, music, his dogs, loud trucks and more than anything, to laugh with his family and friends.

Jack was preceded by his loving mom and dad, Ellen and Eddie Hunt, his siblings: Sammy, Donald, Charlie, Darrell Hunt and Joyce Head. He is survived by his two daughters, Kristi Blassberg and Sarah Presley along with his sibling Milton Hunt.

He will be brought back to the place of his salvation in Sweetwater, Texas on June 6th, 2015 where his memorial service will be held.
