The Story

Brad Bailey was born in Fort Worth, TX to Dorothy Lee (Tannahill) and Bradford B Bailey Sr. in 1942. He lived in a military family and moved frequently due to his father's various stations. He along with his mother and father and younger sister Sheri and brother Bobby would eventually settle in Fort Worth.

Brad would eventually find himself enrolled at the University of North Texas where he would not only meet the love of his life, Melinda, but would also create lifelong friends in the Sigma Nu Fraternity. This Brotherhood of men was one of Brad's greatest loves. The other two loves of his life came along in the form of his two sons, Bradford III and Chad. They were truly the loves of his life.

Brad was a longtime locksmith in Huntsville, TX and owner of Brad's Lock and Key.

Brad was a man with many hobbies which included cooking and his love of Volkswagens. The love of VWs started when Melinda and Brad purchased their first VW in 1966. He also loved Big Daddy Roth the creator of Rat Fink and a custom car creator.
