Regine Ajdelson

Passed away: Oswiecim on 20 August 1942

Aged: 7 years, 4 months

Service Details

Arrested during the vel d'hiv roundup in Paris, France. Her mother Sarah was deported to Auschwitz on convoy 14 and Regine followed on convoy 20 on August 17, 1942. Both were murdered in the gas chamber a couple days later.


The Story

Children between 6 years- 17 years had to wear the yellow star.
