Boarded Lusitania as 2nd class with her parents Alexander and Beata (nee Stephens). On May 7, 1915 Lusitania was struck by a German torpedo in Mid- Atlantic Ocean. Beata survived. Only Shiela and her father perished. Only Shiela's body was recovered.
