Service Details

From Westmeath, Ireland. Boarded Titanic as 3rd class from Queenstown Ireland to emigrate to Spokane WA U.S. along with his mother Margaret Rice and his brothers Albert (10) George (8) Eric (7) Eugene (2). The family perished in the sinking on April 15, 1912. Only Margaret Rice's body was recovered.

The Story

1. Their father William Rice perished from a railway accident in Montreal, Canada in 1910
2. A survivor claims that he saw the family last clinging to the stern looking bewildered.
