The Story

Brother Samuel was born into an Orthodox Christian family. In his young age he went through a rough phase and he sacrificed his education and career for the sake of his family and supported his siblings. He was well to do and was married to his beautiful wife Molly Sam. They were happily married and God blessed Sam with a son and then a daughter. However in the turn of events, he lost all his money and went through a fiery ordeal. That led him to attempt various ways to provide for his family and finally ended up in the Middle East. There through his relatives he met a group of Christian brethren and seeing their love and being encouraged he started attending church meetings which later led to his conversion. He realized that Christ loved him so much that He was willing to lay down His life for Samuel. So he gave his life over to Christ and since then, even through the most difficult trials, he never complained or regretted. He was filled with zeal for the Lord and conducted many Gospel preaching camps in his hometown. He was also serving as an elder in Zion Brethren Assembly, Mynagapally, Kollam, Kerala. He loved his family, especially his wife and children. He raised his 2 children in faith and fear of the Lord and they are well educated and established by God's grace.
While doing this, and serving and worshiping the Lord with his heart, as he was going for worshiping the Lord with the brethren in Muscat, it pleased the Lord to call Him to His presence where brother Samuel Lukose is worshiping the Lord seeing Him face to face and worshiping Him in spirit and in truth.
Today he can say with apostle Paul in a very real way, " I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." (2 Timothy 4:7-8)

Saddened by hearing the sudden home call of dear Samuelkuttychayan. We are going to see him soon with the Lord at the trumpet call. In 2007-2008 we had a wonderful fellowship in Kuwait. His life tough life experiences turned to ultimate good and thus Bro. Jossy & Family could know the Lord Jesus as their Saviour and Lord. Thanking God for his exemplary life. Praying for all of you to experience the heavenly hope and the peace that surpasses all understanding.
