Service Details

Funeral services will be held noon on Friday, July 22, 2016 at Grove Presbyterian Church, 330 Bloom Street in Danville with her Pastor, the Rev. Dr. Robert Andrews. The burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Danville. Friends may call at the church in the great room on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 10:30 until the time of funeral service. The family will provide flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Pennsylvania

The Story

JoAnne Fisher passed away unexpectedly on July 16. 2016 at her residence. She was born on June 6, 1951, a daughter of the late Sexton and Elsie (Tubbs) Mull. JoAnne worked as a bookkeeper for a number of years and later opened her business, Mulls Greenhouse, where she tended to her produce and flowers. Even through her many years of illness, she was a fulltime caregiver to her husband 24/7. JoAnne was an active member of the Central Pennsylvania Aphasia program. She was active in her community and was President of the Woman's Club of Danville.

JoAnne is survived by her beloved spouse of 45 years, Rick Fisher; a son: Christopher and his wife Candie of CO; a grandson: Griffin, also of CO; one brother: Jim Mull of CO; as well as two sisters: Judith Allen of ID and Jane Baker of FL and a sister in law: JoAnn Fisher Brumbaugh of MD.
