The Story

We celebrate and remember Senior Rev. John Paul Ochola Atiang who went to be with the Lord on 1st April 2015 after diagnosed with Ischemic stroke (blood clot in the brain) few days and was hospitalized in Kisumu. He was 70 years. He left behind a widow Mrs Dinah Ochola, Seven children and four grand-children.

John Paul was a Pastor with Free Pentecostal Fellowship Church in Kenya (FPFK). He joined the ministry in the 1960's and pioneered a couple of nationwide missions. He also served over the years in FPFK Kisumu regional Council and also with World Vision International overseeing humanitarian projects in the Lake region. He had footprint in the National Council for churches in Kenya (NCCK) in the 80's. A humble life of devotion to higher calling, He left us too soon and will be missed. May God rest his soul in peace. He was laid to rest in his home village of Kabodho, Central Nyakach Ward of Kisumu County on a colorful Service on 25th April 2015.

Revelation 14:13:'Then I heard a voice from heaven say, "Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on."Yes," says the Spirit, "they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them."

Rest in Peace Man of God till we meet again in Heaven. Amen
