The Story

Nnanedu Odeluga was beloved by all who knew him. He was 15 years old when he lost his life in the Kern River. Nedu was about to enter his sophomore year, was a strong believer in Jesus Christ, and a fun-loving boy with an infectious smile. Our goal for this page is not only to spread the word about his wonderful life through #CelebrateNedu, but also raise awareness of the dangers of the Kern River, especially in the Canyon.
